Mr. Phuc is a structural specialist with over 27 years of experience in structural design in Vietnam with many types of Construction such as High-rise buildings, Industrial factory, Townhouse, Hotel, Retail, Residential area, Resort & Entertainment.
He has extensive experience in project management. He oversees the design of structural systems, coordinates the project team to ensure designs fit both architectural needs and budget requirements, and coordinates internal design reviews throughout the project lifecycle. At the same time, he also oversees and manages all the company’s activities.
He is a lecturer at HCMC University of Architecture, Vietnam.

Andreas has over 14 years of experience in structural design, working in Germany and Vietnam. As Project Director, he supervises the design of various structural systems including reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and timber structures, coordinates with the project team to ensure the designs meet load-bearing capacity requirements, and comply with technical and construction implementation standards.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (2011) and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (2013) from Beuth Hochschule Berlin – University of Applied Sciences, Germany.

Phan Ta Le has more than 27 years of experience in the field of structural design for high-rise buildings in Vietnam, with notable projects such as D’ Capitale – Hanoi, T&T Complex – Hanoi, M-One – Ho Chi Minh City, Gold View Complex – Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Capital Center – Ho Chi Minh City, and Vinaconex Tower – Hanoi.
As a Project Manager, he supervises the design of structural systems, focusing on underground and foundation works. He coordinates with design teams to ensure load-bearing capacity and compliance with architectural requirements and budget constraints throughout the project implementation process.
He received his Doctoral Degree in Engineering from Kanazawa University, Japan (2013). He is currently a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Vietnam.

Nguyen Minh Long is a leading expert in structural design with over 26 years of experience. He has participated in numerous large-scale projects in Vietnam, taking on roles as project manager and technical expert, contributing to ensuring that constructions meet economic, technical, and aesthetic standards, and fully satisfy the requirements of investors.
He was awarded “the Associate Professor title by the State Council for Professor Title of Vietnam” in 2015.
In addition to his role as a structural consultant, Dr. Long is an experienced lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), teaching and conducting research in steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, and high-rise building design.
He is also the Head of the Structural Engineering Laboratory, where he conducts numerous high-value research and testing projects.
With a strong technical foundation and Class I professional practice certificate, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Long continuously contributes to the development of Vietnam’s construction industry through scientific research, technical consulting, and structural testing across the country.
