JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and coordinate MEP design (Electrical – Plumbing – HVAC) for civil and industrial projects.
Control the quality of design documentation, ensuring compliance with current technical codes and standards.
Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, and Infrastructure disciplines to ensure design synchronization.
Review and approve design documents prior to issuance.
Manage design schedules, assign tasks, and provide technical support to team engineers.
Handle technical issues arising during the design and project implementation phases.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience: At least 08 years in MEP design.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Thermal/Refrigeration Engineering, or related fields.
Skills: Proven experience in managing and coordinating all 3 MEP disciplines for medium-to-large scale projects.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of MEP design codes and construction standards.
Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.
Competencies: Team management, task coordination, and progress control skills.
Language: Ability to read and understand English technical documents.
